Your purchase of this video carries with it a limited performance
rights. Programs may be used solely by the purchaser in face-to-face
education at a single location. All materials are protected by
United States and foreign copyright laws. Except for teachers guide,
no material may be reproduced, transcribed, stored in a retrieval
system, used in any network, or transmitted by any means, whether
electronic or otherwise, without prior written permission from the
copyright holders, Fred Kirchubel and Joy Kirchubel, and the payment
of an appropriate licensing fee. No archival or back-up copies of
this program may be made.
Any presentation for which an admission fee is charged, or any
broadcasting, telecasting, or performance over the public airways,
to cable systems which are received in private home or outside a
